POLICIES:
Our administrative staff will gladly submit a claim electronically on your behalf, however; due to the privacy act, many insurance companies will not forward payment to the dentist. We will therefore require payment at the time services are rendered and accept: cash, Debit, MasterCard and Visa.
Our fees are charged in accordance with the current Ontario Dental Association fee guide.
Your insurance or dental plan is a contract between you and your dental insurance company. Benefits received are based on the terms of the contract negotiated between your employer and the dental insurance company, not your dental office. Please remember that you are ultimately responsible for all expenses incurred.
